Peru: Paracas

Since Huacachina, Constance (better known as Frenchie) and I are traveling with Markus from Germany and Laura from Switzerland. Together we are going to Paracas. We visit Islas Ballestas, the poor man’s Galapagos, in the morning. The boat journey takes about two hours. We go to the islands with the arches and the caves. En route, we see dolphins, see lions, seals and a heap of birds. Normally there are also penguins but we only see one. In the afternoon, we went to Reserva Nacional de Paracas to see the beaches of Yumague, Lagunilla, Playa Roja and La Mina.

Sinds Huacachina reizen Constance (beter gekend als Frenchie) en ik met Markus uit Duitsland en Laura uit Zwitserland. We gaan samen naar Paracas. Daar bezoeken we Islas Ballestas, ook gekend als het Galapagos voor de arme man, in de ochtend. Het is een boottochtje van twee uur naar de eilandjes met de arken en de grotten. We zien dolfijnen, zeeleeuwen, zeehonden en enorm veel vogels. Normaal zijn er ook pinguïns maar we zien er maar eentje. Nademiddag zijn we naar het Reserva Nacional de Paracas geweest. Daar zijn we naar de stranden Yumague, Lagunilla, Playa Roja en La Mina gaan kijken.
